By purchasing an NFT from the Collection, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display, and transfer the NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your rights to any third party without our prior written consent.
4. Purchasing and Payments
All purchases of NFTs from the Collection are final and non-refundable. Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided on the Site. We reserve the right to modify the pricing of NFTs at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing an NFT from the Collection, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not use the NFTs for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
